Section 8 company registration

Section 8 company registration in India. Mind Your Tax can help you to check name availability & register a Section 8 Company. We provide comprehensive assistance in registering Section 8 Companies, ensuring compliance.

Plan Overview

A Section 8 Company is a non-profit organization registered under the Companies Act, 2013. It is formed with the objective of promoting charitable activities such as commerce, art, science, education, research, social welfare, religion, environment protection, or similar purposes. Unlike other companies, a Section 8 Company does not pay dividends to its members—all profits must be reinvested for the stated objectives. It enjoys tax benefits, a separate legal identity and is ideal for NGOs and non-profit foundations seeking formal structure and credibility.
